Job Role

As a Research Associate, you will identify, connect, and engage with senior industry professionals who can provide valuable insights to clients. You’ll play a crucial role in growing the Association of Industry Leaders (AIL) network and coordinating with research teams to meet client requirements.

Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to top professionals for industry insights
• Explain Insight Alpha’s mission and onboard experts for AIL
• Work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Recruit key opinion leaders using various channels and networks
• Coordinate with research teams to fulfill client requests
• Analyze client inquiries and provide accurate information

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduate or Post Graduate Degree in any field
• 0–1 year of experience in research, knowledge management, or related fields
• Excellent communication (oral & written) and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in English
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Curiosity, self-motivation, and adaptability
• Experience in executive search or research roles (bonus)
