About The Role:

As an HR Service Delivery New Associate, you’ll play a vital role in improving workforce performance and productivity, boosting business agility, increasing revenue and reducing costs. This position focuses on Employee Services with emphasis on query/case management, analysis and reporting.

What Would You Do:

• Improve workforce performance and productivity through effective service delivery

• Boost business agility and operational efficiency

• Handle employee services with focus on query and case management

• Perform data analysis and present findings in structured formats

• Examine information to uncover patterns, trends, insights, and relationships

• Create organized and clear documentation through reports and presentations

• Transform raw data into meaningful information that supports decision making

• Provide valuable insights to enhance business outcomes

Key Responsibilities:

• Solve routine problems through precedent and referral to general guidelines

• Work closely within your team and with your direct supervisor

• Follow detailed instructions on all assigned tasks

• Make decisions that impact your own work under close supervision

• Contribute as an individual contributor with a predetermined scope of work

• Work in rotational shifts as required by the role

Skills Required:

Any Graduation degree

0 to 1 year of experience in Employee Services

Knowledge of Analysis and Reporting

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication skills

Ability to work in a team environment

Flexibility to work in rotational shifts
