Role & Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer requests through phone, Service Desk queues, and emails
• Review incoming tickets in ServiceNow and provide detailed resolutions
• Act as main point of contact for application support, resolving Level 1 and select Level 2 issues
• Research and resolve technical issues with remote troubleshooting
• Create and manage user accounts for Fund Services applications
• Define and oversee user roles and permissions for compliance
• Analyze logs to identify and troubleshoot issues
• Collaborate with business departments to gather requirements for enhancements
• Develop and update support processes to optimize workflows
• Follow escalation matrix for timely issue resolution
• Foster a collaborative work environment with customer-first attitude

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Fresh Graduates with 0-1 years of experience encouraged to apply
• Basic knowledge of Application support and relevant tools (plus)
• Fluency in English required
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Self-motivated team player with willingness to learn
• Capable of working independently
• Basic SQL knowledge
• Availability to work in APC/EMEA Shift
• Familiarity with the industry is a bonus
