<h3 class="wp-block-heading">About the Role</h3>



<p>Join The Recruitment Pig as an IT Support Technician in Durban/iSithebe. Provide first-line technical support for end users and administer accounts in Microsoft 365 and Active Directory. Troubleshoot OS and MS Office issues, manage tickets, and support hardware and peripherals. Great opportunity for growth and mentorship in enterprise IT environments!</p>

<li>First line/remote support &amp; user admin (MS365 + AD)</li>



<li>Diagnose and resolve basic OS, MS Office and networking issues</li>



<li>Ticket management, escalation when required</li>



<li>Hardware install and troubleshooting (PC, printers, peripherals)</li>



<li>Documentation, reporting, process improvement</li>
</ul>

<li>CompTIA A+ required</li>



<li>Experience with Microsoft 365/Active Directory preferred</li>
