About the Role

BizAarambh is hiring an Inside Sales Executive in Delhi / NCR on behalf of a confidential client. The Inside Sales Executive will generate leads and convert prospects into clients through remote sales activities – that is, selling over calls and follow-ups rather than field visits. The position is onsite (work from office) and there are currently 2 openings available. This is a target-driven sales role with a fixed salary plus incentives, best suited for candidates who already have tele-sales or inside sales experience and enjoy working towards conversion targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups
• Generate and qualify leads
• Explain company services to prospects
• Maintain the sales pipeline and keep CRM updates accurate
• Achieve sales and conversion targets

Eligibility Criteria

• 2 to 5 years of experience in tele-sales or inside sales
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Target-oriented approach
