<h3>About the Role</h3>
<p>Corterra Solutions is seeking an exceptional Helpdesk Level II professional to deliver outstanding support to valued clients. You&#8217;ll provide prompt resolutions to client questions and resolve computer-related issues in person, by phone, or electronically. Collaborate with IT and infrastructure teams, contribute to projects, and build relationships and trust through your problem-solving and professionalism.</p>
<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Create, unlock, reset, and disable user accounts for access management.</li>
<li>Oversee daily computer system performance and resolve software/hardware issues.</li>
<li>Install and troubleshoot end user workstation software and networking products.</li>
<li>Set up and properly install cables, operating systems, and software.</li>
<li>Address equipment vulnerabilities and enhance security settings.</li>
<li>Maintain records of data transactions, problem-solving, and installations.</li>
<li>Collaborate with vendors/technicians on major issues.</li>
<li>Provide support and troubleshooting for LAN, wireless, and VPN.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Desired Skills &#038; Experience</h3>
<ul>
<li>Experience in Microsoft Azure AD, Office 365, Exchange Online, Intune.</li>
<li>Expertise in Windows 8/10/11 and Server 2012/2016/2019/2022.</li>
<li>Effective written, verbal, and customer-service skills.</li>
<li>Minimum 2 years&#8217; experience in a Helpdesk role.</li>
</ul>

<p>We&#8217;re seeking a motivated Junior IT Support Technician to join our IT team and provide frontline technical support to users and clients. This role is perfect for someone looking to build IT career skills with a year of experience and eager to learn more.</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Key Responsibilities</h3>

<li>Provide 1st line support, responding to IT queries for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.</li>



<li>Install and troubleshoot Windows 10/11, user profiles, and shared drives.</li>



<li>Support Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).</li>



<li>Help with user account setup and password resets in Active Directory.</li>



<li>Log, update, and close helpdesk tickets.</li>



<li>Provide remote support for users; escalate complex issues as needed.</li>



<li>Support IT security practices (phishing, updates).</li>
</ul>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Required Skills &amp; Qualifications</h3>



<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>Approximately 1 year IT support experience (internship, service desk, or junior role).</li>



<li>Basic Windows 10/11 knowledge.</li>



<li>Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Office apps).</li>



<li>Understanding of networking basics (IP, DNS, DHCP) beneficial.</li>



<li>CompTIA A+ or related certification is a plus.</li>
</ul>
