Internship Overview

As a Social Media Lead Intern, you’ll play a key role in generating leads and building NestAway’s online presence through creative and data-driven social media campaigns. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in marketing strategy, content creation, and audience engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies to generate leads for NestAway’s rental properties.
• Create engaging content (posts, stories, videos) tailored for different social platforms.
• Identify and target potential leads using audience segmentation and market research.
• Manage social media accounts, including posting schedules and content calendars.
• Monitor performance and analyze metrics to optimize lead generation efforts.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to align social campaigns with company goals.
• Respond promptly and professionally to comments and inquiries.
• Stay up-to-date with trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing.
• Assist with planning and execution of paid advertising campaigns.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Strong understanding of major social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of analytics tools and ability to interpret data insights.
• Creative thinker with passion for digital and social media marketing.
