Job Role

As a Software Engineer (New Grad), you will work on impactful engineering challenges, write clean production code, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to scalable and reliable systems.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering teams to build high-quality systems
• Review code and contribute to technical designs
• Ensure system performance and scalability
• Take project ownership from design to deployment
• Debug issues and improve platform reliability

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s/PhD in Computer Science or related field by 2026
• Familiarity with programming (Java, Go, Ruby, JS, or Scala)
• Experience in collaborative software projects
• Understanding of computer science fundamentals
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience with frontend/backend systems
• Understanding distributed system concepts
• Contribution to open-source projects (bonus)
• Experience working with large codebases

Location

Bengaluru – Hybrid (minimum 50% in office per month)
