About the Role
sales incentives jobs for an Application Development Engineer focused on Sales Incentives at Intel India, building full-stack solutions using Salesforce, Varicent and Python. You will work across global teams to design, deliver and maintain integrations and automation for sales compensation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop full-stack applications and own end-to-end solution delivery for sales incentives processes
- Implement and maintain integrations between Sales Compensation platforms and business systems
- Work extensively with Salesforce, Varicent ICM/ELT and Python-based solutions
- Participate in agile teams and collaborate with Product Management and global stakeholders
- Ensure quality through unit, functional and regression testing and meet Definition of Done
Eligibility Criteria
- 8-10 years software development experience with 5+ years in Sales Incentives domain
- Hands-on implementation experience with at least one Sales Incentives tool (Varicent, Xactly, CaptivateIQ etc.)
- Proficient in Salesforce development (Apex, Lightning, APIs) and advanced Python programming
- Experience with API development, system integration and GitHub repo management
- Good communication skills and ability to work across global teams and time zones
- Understanding of agile methodologies and strong problem-solving mindset
