About the Role
ChargePoint is hiring for a Staff AI Engineer in Bangalore, India. This is a senior-level opportunity for experienced professionals who can design, build and scale production AI systems across voice AI, computer vision, conversational AI, and other intelligent automation use cases.

Preferred Qualifications
- B.Tech, B.E., or M.S. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field
- Experience in voice AI, telephony systems, or speech-processing pipelines
- Knowledge of computer vision, visual transformers, or image processing
- Experience with Airflow, DBT, ClickHouse, Trino, Iceberg, or data engineering tools
- Model fine-tuning experience, including LoRA or QLoRA, is an added advantage
