About the Role
Cognizant is hiring a Developer for a workflow and data-driven solutions role. The position focuses on building and optimizing enterprise applications using IBM BAW, Oracle SQL, RDBMS, and JavaScript to support financial and operational processes.

Job Responsibilities
- Design and develop workflow solutions on IBM BAW.
- Write and optimize Oracle SQL queries, stored logic, and database structures.
- Build responsive front-end components using JavaScript.
- Collaborate with business analysts and architects to translate requirements into technical designs.
- Integrate IBM BAW workflows with backend systems and services.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, debugging, and production issue analysis.
- Document technical designs, configurations, and deployment steps.
- Support deployments, performance tuning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with Oracle SQL RDBMS for schema design and complex query writing.
- Hands-on experience with IBM BAW workflow modeling and integration services.
- Practical JavaScript skills for front-end or workflow UI development.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle practices.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in hybrid team environments.
Certifications Preferred
IBM Certified Developer in Business Automation Workflow and Oracle Database SQL certification are preferred for this role.
