About the Role
Deloitte is hiring for the position of Analyst – FP&A (OP Assets). In this role, you’ll apply your financial and analytical skills to support business planning, forecasting, and data analysis, while partnering with finance leaders to drive meaningful outcomes.
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Assist in developing plans, forecasts, budgets, and analytics for Innovation & Asset Leaders.
- Conduct research on economic, governmental, and competitive trends affecting financial performance.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights and recommendations on projects and investments.
- Assess management reporting processes and suggest areas for improvement.
- Support strategic initiatives and contribute to internal change programs.
- Develop presentations and financial reports for leadership decision-making.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant finance experience.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Awareness of financial systems and data visualization tools.
- Experience in a professional services firm preferred.
