About the Role:
Siemens is looking for a visionary Software Developer to join their vibrant international team. The role involves working on full-stack development with a strong focus on AI/ML integration, building scalable applications, and contributing to innovative solutions that impact cities and countries worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure applications across the full stack
- Integrate AI/ML models and LLM-based capabilities into backend services and user-facing applications
- Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and architects to operate AI solutions
- Build and optimize APIs, microservices, and data pipelines that support AI-driven features
- Evaluate AI tools, frameworks, and services (Azure AI, OpenAI services, Hugging Face models)
- Ensure responsible AI usage, including data privacy and compliance guidelines
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code with peer reviews
- Solve sophisticated system issues and optimize application and model performance
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical decision-making
- Transform UI/UX designs into high-quality frontend components
- Collaborate with global teams and support resolution of field issues
Eligibility Criteria:
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Full-Stack Developer
- Solid skills in frontend frameworks (React or Angular)
- Proven backend experience with Node.js, Java/Spring Boot, .NET, or Python
- Hands-on experience integrating AI services or machine learning models
- Understanding of transformer models, vector databases, embeddings, and prompt engineering
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred; AWS or GCP also valued)
- Good understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and distributed architectures
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases
Required Technical Skills:
- Frontend: React, Angular
- Backend: Node.js, Java/Spring Boot, .NET, Python
- AI/ML Integration: Transformer models, Vector databases, Prompt engineering
- Cloud: Azure (preferred), AWS, GCP
- DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines
- Code Quality: SonarQube, unit testing, mocking frameworks
- Databases: SQL, NoSQL
- Good command of English language
- Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills
