Role & Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer requests through phone, Service Desk queues, and emails
- Review incoming tickets in ServiceNow and provide detailed resolutions
- Act as main point of contact for application support, resolving Level 1 and select Level 2 issues
- Research and resolve technical issues with remote troubleshooting
- Create and manage user accounts for Fund Services applications
- Define and oversee user roles and permissions for compliance
- Analyze logs to identify and troubleshoot issues
- Collaborate with business departments to gather requirements for enhancements
- Develop and update support processes to optimize workflows
- Follow escalation matrix for timely issue resolution
- Foster a collaborative work environment with customer-first attitude
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- ✅ Fresh Graduates with 0-1 years of experience encouraged to apply
- ✅ Basic knowledge of Application support and relevant tools (plus)
- ✅ Fluency in English required
- ✅ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- ✅ Good communication and interpersonal skills
- ✅ Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
