Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Associate for our Gurugram office. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with leading global clients in the eDiscovery and legal services domain.
Key Requirements
- 2+ years’ experience in eDiscovery field and leveraging core project management skills
- Prior experience managing and conducting data collections and/or digital forensics projects or executing collection and forensics tasks, strongly preferred
- Technical knowledge and ability to understand Preservation solutions and customer requirements from both functional and technical angles
- High degree of comfort and competence working in a client-facing environment and effectively addressing needs of clients
- Ability to complete forensic activities and deliver quality work product in accordance with established timelines
- Lead project scoping calls and develop comprehensive collection and project plans in accordance with best practices
- Strong communication skills to provide complex information in an easy-to-understand format to external stakeholders and internal teams
- Competence in explaining and relaying technical information to non-technical clients and internal teams
- Strong interpersonal skills to foster team building and collaboration
- Proven ability to consult on technical solutions and integrate multiple disciplines into an optimized delivery structure
- Travel to client sites required
Preferred Qualifications
- JD/LLB or equivalent or Project Management Institute, Project Management Professional (PMP) is preferred, but not required
- Forensics certifications such as OpenText EnCase (EnCE), EnCase eDiscovery Practitioner (EnCEP), AccessData (ACE), Magnet Forensics (MCFE), Cellebrite (CCO/CCPA), or equivalent Forensic/eDiscovery certifications are desired
