Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to users.
- Document solutions and recurring problems for internal reference.
- Assist with basic software testing, report defects, and support QA activities.
- Collaborate with development/QA teams and maintain support logs.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred.
- Good analytical and communication skills.
- Basic understanding of software testing concepts.
- Willingness to learn and support users.
