About the Role:
Cisco is hiring Sales Operations Analysts for its Non-Technical Graduate Apprentice program. In this role, you will learn how sales operations teams support customer-facing business units and contribute to solution presentations and operational deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the team in understanding client requirements and business needs
- Work closely with Virtual Sales Account Managers (VSAMs) on sales support activities
- Assist in preparing solution presentations and Bills of Quantity (BOQ)
- Help validate deliverables with customer Systems Engineers (SEs)
- Contribute to strategies focused on renewals and new business expansion
- Support the team in achieving regional sales targets
- Learn cross-functional collaboration and operational execution
Qualification & Eligibility:
- 3-year Bachelor’s Degree in BBA, B.Com, B.A, BBM, BMS, B.Sc, MBA, or PGDM
- Freshers/Recent graduates (2025 batch preferred)
- Must have Degree Certificate or Provisional Degree Certificate
- Available for 12 months commitment
- No active backlogs
