About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and creative Front-End Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of front-end technologies, a keen eye for design, and the ability to translate design concepts into engaging user interfaces. Collaborate with designers and back-end developers to deliver seamless experiences aligned with brand and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with designers on user interactions, translate designs using HTML, CSS, JavaScript.Write clean and efficient code for web apps; ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness.Develop dynamic UIs with libraries/frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.Work with back-end teams to integrate user-facing elements.Optimize web apps for performance (lazy loading, caching, minification).Stay updated on latest tech and best practices; conduct code reviews.Troubleshoot and debug issues; ensure accessibility/usability for all users.Test applications across devices and browsers for consistent UX.Maintain and update apps with new features/enhancements.Participate in agile development; contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).Portfolio showcasing front-end projects.Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript.Experience with React, Angular, Vue.js, etc.Familiar with Git, responsive/mobile-first design.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Problem-solving and debugging abilities.Knowledge of performance optimization, CSS preprocessors (Sass/Less), build tools, REST APIs (plus).
