About the Role
As a Fullstack Intern at Sprinto, you will be part of a high-performing engineering team working on cutting-edge technologies to automate security compliance. This is an opportunity to work on impactful projects with experienced professionals while developing your technical skills and contributing to the company’s mission.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to impactful learning at the organization
- Assist the engineering team and understand their technical needs
- Help build and improve our category-defining product
- Work on full-stack development tasks across the application
- Collaborate with team members on technical implementation and problem-solving
Requirements
- Proven JavaScript skills will be an added advantage
- Exposure to SQL, NoSQL databases
- Strong problem-solving skills – Being able to break problems into smaller bits and estimate resources (time, money, efforts) for completion
- Ownership mindset – You shouldn’t require monitoring and should be able to leverage the freedom given to you to create high value
- Good understanding of web development concepts
- Ability to work collaboratively with a remote team
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with modern web frameworks (React, Vue, Angular, or similar)
- Knowledge of backend technologies (Node.js, Python, Java, or similar)
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
- Experience with version control (Git)
- Basic understanding of cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Portfolio or GitHub projects demonstrating your coding skills
