About the Role
Corterra Solutions is seeking an exceptional Helpdesk Level II professional to deliver outstanding support to valued clients. You’ll provide prompt resolutions to client questions and resolve computer-related issues in person, by phone, or electronically. Collaborate with IT and infrastructure teams, contribute to projects, and build relationships and trust through your problem-solving and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, unlock, reset, and disable user accounts for access management.
- Oversee daily computer system performance and resolve software/hardware issues.
- Install and troubleshoot end user workstation software and networking products.
- Set up and properly install cables, operating systems, and software.
- Address equipment vulnerabilities and enhance security settings.
- Maintain records of data transactions, problem-solving, and installations.
- Collaborate with vendors/technicians on major issues.
- Provide support and troubleshooting for LAN, wireless, and VPN.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Experience in Microsoft Azure AD, Office 365, Exchange Online, Intune.
- Expertise in Windows 8/10/11 and Server 2012/2016/2019/2022.
- Effective written, verbal, and customer-service skills.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Helpdesk role.
