Job Role
As a Research Associate, you will identify, connect, and engage with senior industry professionals who can provide valuable insights to clients. You’ll play a crucial role in growing the Association of Industry Leaders (AIL) network and coordinating with research teams to meet client requirements.
Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to top professionals for industry insights
- Explain Insight Alpha’s mission and onboard experts for AIL
- Work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Recruit key opinion leaders using various channels and networks
- Coordinate with research teams to fulfill client requests
- Analyze client inquiries and provide accurate information
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate or Post Graduate Degree in any field
- 0–1 year of experience in research, knowledge management, or related fields
- Excellent communication (oral & written) and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
