Join The Recruitment Pig as an IT Support Technician in Durban/iSithebe. Provide first-line technical support for end users and administer accounts in Microsoft 365 and Active Directory. Key Responsibilities
- First line/remote support & user admin (MS365 + AD)
- Diagnose and resolve basic OS, MS Office and networking issues
- Ticket management, escalation when required
- Hardware install and troubleshooting (PC, printers, peripherals)
- Documentation, reporting, process improvement
Required Skills
- CompTIA A+ required
- Experience with Microsoft 365/Active Directory preferred
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly, work in a dynamic environment
Eligibility: South African citizenship, 0–2 years IT experience or internship, certification, formal qualification
