Job Role

As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, engaging clients, and driving growth through sales strategies and partnerships. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions in the housing and property management market.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation
  • Conduct product demonstrations and client presentations
  • Develop and maintain strong client and partner relationships
  • Prepare sales proposals and tailor presentations to client needs
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on campaigns and strategies
  • Track and manage leads, opportunities, and activities using CRM systems
  • Provide regular reports and forecasts to management
  • Participate in industry events and webinars to promote NestAway
  • Stay updated with market trends and competitor insights

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in business development or pre-sales (real estate preferred)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of sales principles and CRM tools
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships
