📋 ABOUT THE ROLE
AUROVISGLOBAL PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a dedicated Network Engineer to join our Network Operations Center (NOC) team in Bhubaneswar. This role is crucial for maintaining and monitoring our IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal network performance, and minimizing downtime for our clients.
As a NOC Network Engineer, you will be responsible for continuous monitoring of IT infrastructure, troubleshooting network issues, and ensuring high uptime across all systems. You’ll work in a dynamic environment where quick problem-solving and effective communication are essential.

🎯 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
✅ Monitor Network & Systems:
- Continuously monitor IT infrastructure alerts and notifications
- Track network performance metrics and system health
- Identify potential issues before they impact operations
✅ Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution:
- Investigate and diagnose network connectivity issues
- Perform first-level troubleshooting for hardware and software problems
- Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 support teams when necessary
- Follow standard operating procedures for incident resolution
✅ Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain detailed incident logs and tracking systems
- Prepare comprehensive shift handover reports
- Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions
- Update knowledge base with solutions to common issues
✅ Vendor & ISP Coordination:
- Liaise with internet service providers for connectivity issues
- Coordinate with hardware and software vendors for support
- Follow up on open tickets and ensure timely resolution
- Maintain vendor contact information and escalation procedures
✅ Incident Management:
- Log all incidents in the ticketing system
- Prioritize issues based on severity and business impact
- Communicate status updates to stakeholders
- Ensure incidents are resolved within SLA timelines

📌 REQUIREMENTS
🎓 Educational Qualifications:
- Diploma / Graduation / B.Tech in any stream
- Relevant certifications (CCNA, CompTIA Network+, etc.) are a plus
💼 Experience:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in NOC/Network Engineering
- Hands-on experience with network monitoring tools
- Prior experience in IT support or helpdesk is advantageous
👤 Age Criteria:
- Candidates should be between 21-35 years of age

- Systematic approach to issue diagnosis
- Ability to work under pressure during critical incidents
✓ Network Operations:
- Understanding of network infrastructure components
- Knowledge of routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers
- Familiarity with LAN/WAN technologies
✓ Incident Management:
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Remedy, etc.)
- Understanding of ITIL processes
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple incidents
✓ Vendor Coordination:
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in coordinating with external vendors
- Ability to follow up and ensure issue resolution
✓ Documentation:
- Strong written communication skills
- Attention to detail in maintaining logs and reports
- Ability to create clear and concise documentation

💰 COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
