About the Role
We are seeking a proactive Machine Learning Engineer to design, build and deploy AI/ML solutions and AI agents. This remote role at OPTIONBOX PRIVATE LIMITED is ideal for candidates with strong Python & ML framework experience who want to work on production ML systems and integrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop and deploy AI-powered agents (conversational AI, automation, decision systems).
- Build, train and fine-tune machine learning models using TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn etc.
- Optimize model performance and scalability for production environments.
- Integrate ML models with systems, APIs, and third-party tools (RESTful integrations).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver AI-driven solutions.
- Research and prototype new algorithms and approaches to improve product capabilities.
- Write clean, maintainable Python code and document models, experiments and pipelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in Python and ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, NumPy, Pandas).
- Strong machine learning fundamentals and experience training models for real tasks.
- Experience with version control (Git) and working in collaborative codebases.
- Familiarity with model deployment, Docker/Kubernetes is a plus.
- Good communication skills and ability to document work clearly.
Preferred / Nice-to-have
- Master’s degree in CS/AI or equivalent experience.
- Hands-on with conversational AI systems (ChatGPT, Rasa, Dialogflow).
- Experience with reinforcement learning, advanced deep learning techniques.
- Familiarity with cloud ML infra (AWS SageMaker, GCP AI Platform, Azure ML).
