RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist dealers with endorsement requests, including changes in policyholder details, vehicle details, and coverage modifications.
• Process endorsement applications promptly, ensuring all necessary documentation is in order.
• Coordinate with the underwriting team for smooth and efficient handling of endorsements.
• Provide guidance and support to dealers regarding policy amendments and updates.
• Ensure timely communication with dealers on the status of endorsements.
• Maintain accurate records of endorsement activities and ensure compliance with internal processes.
• Resolve dealer or customer queries related to endorsements professionally and efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Fresh graduates in any discipline, preferably Commerce, Finance, or related fields.
• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of insurance or a willingness to learn.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Advanced Excel, Word).
