Job description:

• Fresh Prints is a New York-based custom apparel startup. We find incredible students and give them training and support to build the business at their schools.
• This role is perfect for someone who wants to get a head start in their human resource career. You’ll learn tons about a lot of different aspects of HR. And for the right person, this role offers an uncapped opportunity. You’ll get all the time and support you need to learn, develop professionally, and have a big impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead candidate outreach and sourcing candidates through various recruitment channels
• Conduct initial interviews, and coordinate multiple rounds of assessments plus interviews for candidates and hiring managers.
• Communicate with management and other team members to ensure status updates of tasks
• Any other responsibilities delegated; be a backup for HR generalist/admin responsibilities

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills
• Fluency in English is a must
• Strong time management & prioritization skills
• Self-motivated and excited to work on different projects 
• Great interpersonal and people skills
• Fresh Grads with a flair for HR along with an eagerness to learn are welcome to apply

Compensation & Benefits:

• $200 per month
• This is an internship with an opportunity to convert to full-time. The salary post conversion would be $400 per month
• Night Shift Allowance

Details:

• This will be a 2-3 month-fixed term position.
• Full remote/WFH in India.
• Working Hours are Monday – Friday, 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM Indian Standard Time
