Your Role:
In the role of a Technical Analyst, you will – Support, Collaborate, Implement and be the voice of our product users with the intention to build and improve ION Products for our customers that include Tier 1 banks and Fortune 100 global corporations.
As a technical analyst you will work with ION customers to:
- Analyze technical and functional issues and communicate appropriately with customers or internal teams
- Deploy ION products and work with customers on their projects
- Analyze data to determine usage trends and recommend optimum solutions
- Manage customer platforms hosted in ION data centers
- Strive for long term stable solutions and automate repetitive tasks
- Work effectively within teams with minimal supervision
Your Contribution:
- Resolve complex business issues and communicate effectively to Internal teams and ION clients
- Gather regular feedback from ION customers and communicate to internal teams
- Build in-depth understanding of ION customers and their business requirements
- Work with internal teams for continuous improvement
- Automate complex business processes and make a positive impact
- Own client relationships through excellent, timely, and efficient solutions
- Operate in a follow-the-sun support model providing excellent services to ION customers
