Job Description
Wipro is hiring experienced professionals for the role of Customer Support Associate. The ideal candidate will be responsible for resolving customer queries via calls and emails while ensuring service excellence.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer queries via phone and email professionally
- Record and maintain query logs with proper troubleshooting steps
- Ensure resolution of client issues as per defined SLAs
- Use internal knowledge base to resolve technical and service queries
- Update availability status in RAVE system
- Provide detailed product information to customers
- Identify recurring issues and escalate complex cases to the team leader
- Maintain self-help and support documentation
- Follow communication and process guidelines
- Perform follow-ups with customers to ensure issue closure
- Maintain superior customer service standards
- Participate in ongoing training sessions
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year to maximum 2 years of relevant experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to troubleshoot customer queries efficiently
- Experience in Billing, Metering, etc. preferred
