About the Role

In this role you will build the internal tools and backend infrastructure that keep the engineering teams fast and reliable – API design, performance tuning, data storage and QA platform infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Build excellent internal tools that support efficient development for engineering teams.
- Design backend API systems and continuously optimise their performance.
- Manage data storage solutions and ensure high availability of the systems.
- Lead QA platform infrastructure development, upgrades and continuous improvements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and design technical solutions.
- Research emerging technologies to improve the scalability of the email system.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of backend development experience.
- 2+ years of hands-on programming experience with Go or Python.
- Working knowledge of MySQL, Redis or message queue systems.
- Strong command of data structures and algorithms.
- Experience with system architecture and infrastructure development.
- Good to have: strong grasp of open source components and the ability to abstract business logic.
