About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Troubleshoot technical issues related to domains, hosting and other products
Interact with customers across calls, chats and emails to reach the root of the problem
Follow up with clients until the issue is fully resolved
Handle internal and external escalations over email and calls
Test and analyse active and upcoming products and services
Report bugs and issues and help drive them to a solution
Suggest ideas to improve customer experience and internal processes

Eligibility Criteria

Graduates preferred – bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related field
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English
Strong customer service skills with empathy and a customer-first approach
Ability to probe and correctly identify customer needs and concerns
Good working knowledge of computers and the internet, with a strong inclination towards technology
Willingness to work in a 24×7 setup in rotational shifts
